Starting from the compact proportions of an Ibanez GSRM200, this build replaces conventional timber construction with a machined aluminium body and neck.
The mirror-polished surfaces expose the material and machining rather than disguising them. Open sections control mass, while individual bridge units and compact Gotoh tuners keep the hardware visually precise.
A passive pair of DiMarzio pickups provides a straightforward signal path, letting the unusual structure speak through an otherwise familiar short-scale bass layout.
