Antler Fixed Gear
Moniker cycle horns
A fixed-gear bicycle is mechanical minimalism in its purest form: one ratio, no freewheel and nothing on the frame that does not earn its place.
This build starts with a lightweight 1987 steel road frame. Everything around it was replaced or pared back, dropping roughly 2 kg while keeping the narrow-tubed proportions of the original bicycle.
The hand-made bar combines genuine deer antler with a reinforced composite core — part traditional material, part workshop experiment, and the detail that gives the otherwise clean track build its character.
