These two half-scale Austin-Healey Sprite-inspired cars were supposedly built for children — although a determined adult can just about squeeze behind the wheel.

Each steel body is formed by hand over a fabricated go-kart chassis. A rear-mounted 110 cc four-stroke engine drives through a clutchless semi-automatic gearbox with forward and reverse selection.

There is no suspension and very little excess: they are compact, heavy-duty karts wearing the cheerful face and simple curves of a classic Frogeye Sprite.
