One Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp, eighteen cylinders and two monumental coffee tables: each table is built around one nine-cylinder bank from the radial engine.

The assemblies were completely stripped to remove the crankshaft, valves and internal hardware, reducing weight and allowing every cooling fin, pushrod tube and fastener to be cleaned and finished properly.

Mirror-polished and painted metalwork sits beneath a clear glass top, preserving the engine's dense mechanical architecture while turning it into a pair of functional centrepieces.
