Honda CM125C Martini Scrambler
1999
Most riders have crossed paths with a small custom bike that is deeply unfashionable yet stubbornly reliable. For us, the Honda CM125 sits squarely in that category — and that makes it a perfect low-cost custom base.
The brief was a light classic scrambler with a splash of 1990s Martini paddock style. The frame was cleaned up, the fork shortened and a taller rear end added to give the little twin a tighter, more alert stance.
A CB125 tank, compact lithium battery and short twin exhausts finish a simple build designed for back-road fun rather than outright speed.
