The donor was a 1981 BMW R80RT fitted with an R100RS engine — a heavy touring motorcycle hiding the right mechanical ingredients for a much leaner street racer.

The fairing came off, the chassis was stripped to the essentials and every redundant bracket or component was removed before the rebuild began. Careful weight reduction brought the bike down from roughly 230 kg to around 180 kg.

A hand-made seat and tail, lenticular rear wheel and high-level two-into-two stainless exhaust define the silhouette. CBR1000 rearsets and low Tomaselli bars put the rider into a committed but usable position.
